Physical wellbeing is the KFA's primary objective

Every class is different

  • KFA teacher training enables each teacher to be responsible for designing their own class programmes.
  • The KFA is able to cater for a variety of needs within each KFA class and offer a safe, balanced approach to take regular, beneficial exercise in a secure but challenging environment.
